About the Role

We’re looking for a solid young operator who’s keen to build a proper career in solar and battery — not just tick off an apprenticeship.

At Tru Blu Solar Co, you’ll be on the tools from day one, working alongside experienced electricians on high-quality residential and commercial installs. You’ll learn the right way to do things — clean work, safe work, and systems that actually last.

This isn’t a “stand around and watch” apprenticeship. You’ll be hands-on, pushed to improve, and backed by a team that cares about doing the job properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside qualified electricians on solar and battery installs
Assisting with system installs, maintenance, and fault finding
Learning how to read and understand electrical diagrams and system layouts
Getting real experience in wiring, testing, and commissioning systems
Keeping sites clean, organised, and up to Tru Blu standards
Following strict safety and quality processes on every job
Continuously developing your skills on and off the tools
