What You'll Do
As a leader at Kalis Group, your responsibilities will vary depending on the role and venue, but leadership across our business generally includes:
Leading, coaching and rostering a team to deliver outstanding service every shift Supporting or overseeing venue operations – front of house, bar, gaming and back of house Managing stock, cellar and POS systems, keeping wastage down and margins healthy Handling customer and guest concerns with confidence, professionalism and a level head under pressure Contributing to or managing rosters, wage costs, recruitment and onboarding Keeping the venue well-presented and running to a high standard, shift in and shift out Building the kind of loyal local following that keeps people coming back Upholding liquor licensing obligations, RSA/RCG requirements and company compliance standards
