About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support / Systems Engineer to join our Field Engineering team in a fully onsite role.

This role focuses on delivering reliable, day to day IT support within a structured, high usage environment. You will work as part of a small onsite team, supporting end users while maintaining the stability and performance of core systems.

This is a hands on, user facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems and working directly with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support across desktops, laptops, and user devices

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and network environments

• Support user access, device builds, and general IT operations

• Work collaboratively within an onsite team to manage workload and priorities

• Follow established processes and escalate where required

• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation

• Communicate clearly with non technical users

• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements

Skills & Experience

Essential

• 3+ years experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Engineering

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Apple environments

• Experience with: o Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID / Azure AD) o Windows 11 support and configuration

• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, connectivity troubleshooting)

• Experience in onsite or user facing IT roles

• Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks in a busy environment

• Experience in MSP environments

• Exposure to Intune or endpoint management platforms

• Experience working in multi user or structured environments

• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
