KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Day to day operation of the store

• Develop loyal customer base and execute sales plans & initiatives

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve store performance

• Maintain high standards of customer service 

• Merchandising & presentation of the store

• Marketing and advertising

• Effective stock control and optimum stock levels

• Ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting

• Effective Staff Management

• Compliance to health and safety regulations and adherence to company policies
