About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team and provide quality care to participants in Ellenbrook. As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in assisting individuals to live independently while supporting their daily needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to participants in their home and community

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities

• Support participants with community access, social activities and medication administration

• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks

• Follow individual support plans and document progress

• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with participants and families

Requirements

• Previous experience in disability support or community care is preferred

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

• National Police Check

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Confident with personal care

• Community Access and Home Care

• Reliable, calm, and consistent approach

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, and CPR required

Availability: Flexible availability for rotating rosters; consistent staff preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in disability or aged care, or a related field

• Empathetic, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills

• Able to work autonomously and in a team

• Valid Driver's License & access to a reliable vehicle

• Current or willing to obtain:

• First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Working with Children Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
