About the role

Central Coast Caravans is seeking a talented and experienced Caravan Service Technician to join our team in Tuggerah, NSW. As a Caravan Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our customers' caravans, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy. This is a full-time position, offering opportunities for growth and development within our thriving business.

What you'll be doin

1. Performing a wide range of repairing tasks, including preparing damage caravans, removing windows, doors & fixtures found on caravans, re sheeting and resealing caravans, repairing damage timber panels & frame work.

2. Replacing or repairing parts and components as needed, while adhering to manufacturer specifications

3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work carried out

4. Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

5. Continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

1. Relevant trade qualifications

2. Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) working as a caravan or RV service technician

3. Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of caravan systems

4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly

5. A commitment to safety and attention to detail in your work

6. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt
