Auswide Bank are looking for a Partnerships Specialist to support our growing Partnership distribution channel and help extend our reach beyond traditional banking.
This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where you’ll work closely with third‑party partners, their teams and customers, playing a key role in strengthening advocacy for the bank and driving sustainable growth.
About The Role
As a Partnerships Specialist, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of the Partnerships channel, ensuring partners and customers receive a seamless, high‑quality experience. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, contribute to process improvements, and play an important role as first line of defence in identifying and managing operational and risk issues.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail banking or financial services who enjoys collaboration, problem‑solving and building trusted relationships.
Key responsibilities
Support Partnership channel operations including account origination, customer management and partner interactionsProvide exceptional service to partners, customers and internal stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of processes to enhance customer experience and efficiencyIdentify and escalate emerging or potential risks, supporting customer security and the bank’s reputationManage incidents and complaints in line with established processesAssist with data analysis and reportingWork collaboratively across teams to achieve shared objectivesComply with all risk, compliance, privacy and security obligations
About You
You’re organised, proactive and customer‑focused, with the confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
You’ll Bring
2–5 years’ experience in retail banking or financial services (desirable)Experience providing customer service and supporting internal and external relationshipsAn understanding of banking risk and compliance obligationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to problem‑solve and see issues through to resolutionGood planning, time management and attention to detailConfidence using workplace systems and office tools
