Junior Program Guide

 Do you have a passion for the Outdoors? The Tops
Conference Centre is looking for enthusiastic Outdoor Activity Guides to join
our growing team.

We are seeking passionate Outdoor Activity Guides
to join our close-knit team to lead and supervise a range of outdoor based
programs catering predominately to school aged participants. Several casual
positions are currently available, with opportunity for fixed term contracted
employment in the future.

• Casual, 0 hours per week position
• Located in Stanwell Tops

The Essentials

• Qualified
  with a minimum of a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (SIS30619) or
  equivalent, or a commitment to obtain one. (NB. Wesley Vocational
  Institute, in partnerships with The Tops, delivers a Certificate III in
  Outdoor Leadership (SIS30619) with 2 intakes annually).
• Available to work across 7 days a week
• Hold a
  current First Aid Certificate (preferable)
• Hold a
  valid Working with Children’s Check
• Eager
  to engage participants with program outcomes.
• Have a
  learning mindset and be a strong communicator.
• Have a
  commitment to safety.
• Have an
  adaptable, encouraging, positive personality
