Join our progressive healthcare support team!

Glebe Hill Family Practice and GHFP Nurture are busy, thriving General Practices providing high quality services to a large team of GP's and Allied Health Professionals, and to their patients. We're locally owned and operated and passionate about providing access to high quality healthcare for our local community.

About Us:

We are committed to excellence in service provision to support practitioners in the delivery of high-quality healthcare, whilst fostering a safe, inclusive and collaborative work environment. We are proud of our success in operating two non-corporate general practices in an ever-changing healthcare environment. We uphold our core values in everything we do:

  • Quality: We strive to deliver excellence in health care with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, whilst upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

  • Safety: We aim to sustainably provide evidence-based and person-centred health care in a physically and emotionally safe environment

  • Belonging: We embrace a culture of courage, connection and trust through respectful communication and collaboration. We care for patients and for each other with empathy, compassion and kindness.

We're looking for a friendly, professional, reliable, and value driven team member who can adapt and integrate quickly and efficiently into our healthcare support team.

Wellbeing is important to us. You will have access to the following:

  • Paid Birthday Leave

  • An extra 10 min Wellness Break each day, to take a walk outdoors during your busy day

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • Annual wage review

  • Annual staff bonus program

  • EV car charging

  • Social group activities such as Park Run

A successful candidate will:

  • be an effective and respectful communicator

  • be professional, friendly, courteous, and dependable

  • enjoy working as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • be able to organise, prioritise and problem-solve efficiently and effectively

  • adapt easily to various technology platforms

  • collect and enter data with high-level attention to detail

  • have a growth mindset, and enjoy a learning environment

  • be committed to providing a high standard of service

  • be available to work Mondays, Fridays and some Saturday mornings

Previous experience in a general practice setting and general practice software (Best Practice or Medical Director) will be highly regarded but is not essential. We feel that having the right people with the right attitude is most important.

Please include a CV outlining your experience and suitability for the position, containing at least two professional referees.
