About the role

Good Brew is a specialty coffee drive-thru with a growing local following, and we're looking for energetic, customer-first people to join our Dubbo crew.

Key responsibilities

• Taking orders and serving customers with speed and a smile

• Making great coffee (barista training provided if you're new to it)

• Keeping the front of house running smoothly during busy periods

• Working as part of a close, supportive team

About you

• A genuine people-person with a positive attitude

• Reliable and punctual - we start early

• Available across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts

• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
