We are hiring delivery drivers in Rockhampton to support Woolworths Online grocery deliveries. If you're reliable, customer-focused, and want flexible work with consistent hours – we want to hear from you.

💰 WHAT WE PAY

• $32.84/hr Monday – Friday (casual rate)

• Penalty rates on weekends, public holidays and afternoon shifts.

• Pay increase opportunities as you progress

🕐 SHIFT OPTIONS

• AM Shifts: Start between 5:00am – 7:30am | 4–6 hours

• PM Shifts: Start between 2:00pm – 3:30pm | 4–7 hours

• Minimum availability: 3–4 days per week

📍 LOCATION

Rockhampton and surrounding areas

✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver groceries safely and on time to residential customers

• Complete vehicle safety checks before each shift

• Use a smartphone app to manage deliveries and logs

• Handle orders accurately and follow delivery instructions

• Represent the brand professionally in the community

🔎 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

• Must be physically capable of sustained manual handling throughout shift. Frequent heavy lifting (up to 20kg).

• Comfortable using smartphone delivery apps

• Good communicator with a safety-first mindset

📋 REQUIREMENTS

• Current open Australian driver's licence (Car minimum – MR/HR a bonus)

• National Police Check (within 3 months)

• Last 10 year traffic record (within 30 days)

This is a casual role with the opportunity to move into part-time as hours grow.
