The Role
The Maintenance Manager will lead site-wide maintenance and reliability functions across a complex manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal asset performance, minimising downtime, and driving best-practice maintenance strategies. You will play a key role within the site leadership team, contributing to overall plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage maintenance, electrical, and site services teamsDrive asset reliability, defect elimination, and OEE improvementOversee preventative and predictive maintenance programsManage maintenance budgets and support capital project deliveryEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative standardsPartner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimise performanceDevelop team capability through coaching, training, and performance managementAbout You
Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or Senior Engineering leadership role within FMCG or manufacturingTrade or engineering background (mechanical or electrical preferred)Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi-disciplinary teamsExperience driving reliability, CI, and asset management strategiesStrong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFor More Information
