Demonstrated competency creating, delivering, reviewing and evaluating educational programs, courses and classes for diverse groups of adult learners.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to think on your feet when delivering programs, courses and classes
Confident facilitator with demonstrated ability to successfully engage diverse groups of adult learners
Competency in assessing educational skills and abilities of prisoners and providing guidance to address learning needs
Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills including proficient digital literacy skills
Knowledge and understanding of contemporary educational practices and the relationship between curriculum and offending needs
Knowledge and understanding of current research and practices that support rehabilitation and reintegration

Possession of a degree qualification in a field relevant to the position is mandatory. Specifically, a Bachelor of Education (related or similar)
