General Worker

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

Grade 12 Excellent knowledge of hand- & power tools. SHE REP certificate will be advantageous. Write, understand and communicate in English No criminal record Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must be prepared to work after hours (overtime). Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment

Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To)

Executing daily vehicle checks. Assist as requested with daily and after hour tasks. Assist with housekeeping in workshop and on other sites. Assist to conduct routine maintenance as directed. Report faulty equipment and unsafe conditions. Assist to change faulty equipment / parts as requested. To ensure that Safety rules and procedures are adhere to, according to the rules and regulations of the workshop and mine.
