Junior Hospitality Team Member

Coffee & Kitchen Ballina is seeking a motivated Junior Hospitality Team Member to join our busy café team in Ballina.

This role is ideal for a school leaver or someone beginning their career in hospitality who is eager to learn, reliable, well presented, and available to work weekends.

Key duties include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Taking customer orders and assisting front of house operations
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Learning barista skills and drink preparation
• Dishwashing and general cleaning
• Assisting the team during busy service periods

About you:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Well presented with good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Weekend availability is essential

Previous hospitality experience is not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for full-time or part-time work, with the potential to complete a Cert II or Cert III in Hospitality.
