About the Role

Blue Mountains Painting is seeking a qualified and reliable Painter to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves delivering high-quality painting services across residential and commercial projects throughout the Blue Mountains and surrounding regional areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out surface preparation including sanding, filling, patching, and priming

  • Apply paints, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

  • Read and interpret basic plans and job specifications

  • Follow project instructions to achieve high-quality finishes

  • Maintain a safe and clean worksite in line with WHS requirements

  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate III in Painting & Decorating 

  • Minimum 1 year full-time relevant experience

  • Sound knowledge of painting techniques and materials

  • Ability to read and follow job specifications

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

  • White Card required
