About the Role
Blue Mountains Painting is seeking a qualified and reliable Painter to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves delivering high-quality painting services across residential and commercial projects throughout the Blue Mountains and surrounding regional areas.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out surface preparation including sanding, filling, patching, and priming

Apply paints, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

Read and interpret basic plans and job specifications

Follow project instructions to achieve high-quality finishes
-
Maintain a safe and clean worksite in line with WHS requirements
-
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Skills & Experience
-
Certificate III in Painting & DecoratingÂ
-
Minimum 1 year full-time relevant experience

Sound knowledge of painting techniques and materials

Ability to read and follow job specifications

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

White Card required
