Permanent full-time role - Warwick Aged Care

About The Role

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Warwick Aged Care Service. This role will see you working within our Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff - typical tasks may include leading the team on night shift, medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families.

Our Ideal Candidate Is

Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residentsMinimum of 12 months’ clinical experience within the aged care sector in AustraliaHas current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseCurrently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR CertificateCurrently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police CheckIdeally be able to work across day, afternoon and night shiftsHold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer sponsorship
