We’re currently seeking a skilled and reliable Qualified Wholesale Butcher/Boner to join our team located in Crookwell, NSW.

About the Role

This position offers great weekday hours — Monday to Friday only, with no weekend work required. You’ll be working in a well-organised, professional environment with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Breaking down Beef & Lamb carcasses and preparing cuts to a high standard

• Portion control and value-adding products

• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

• Assisting with general production and packing as required

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified butcher

• Strong knife skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a production room environment (highly regarded but not essential)

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
