About the Role
This position offers great weekday hours — Monday to Friday only, with no weekend work required. You’ll be working in a well-organised, professional environment with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities

Breaking down Beef & Lamb carcasses and preparing cuts to a high standard

Portion control and value-adding products

Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

Assisting with general production and packing as required
What We’re Looking For

Trade-qualified butcher

Strong knife skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a production room environment (highly regarded but not essential)

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
