Wellbean Co is more than a café — we’re a place of care, comfort, and community. Located within the Toowoomba Hospital, Baillie Henderson Hospital & our NEW Museum of Health, we serve nutritious meals and great coffee while supporting the work of the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation. Every coffee poured and meal prepared helps fund better healthcare for our region. 

About the role 

We’re looking for someone who is fun, energetic and has a passion for giving back to their community. 

This will be a casual position with the potential of becoming permanent part-time, offering a minimum 20 hours per week, with shifts to be discussed with the successful candidate. 

The ideal candidate will need to have barista and point of sales experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a physically engaging role that offers a variety of different locations throughout the hospital and would be ideal for someone who enjoys an active work environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers at the register

• Coffee-making

• General cleaning

• Stocking shelves

• Delivering orders to the kitchen

• Safe food handling
