You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. You are equally comfortable supporting field operations, engaging with clients, and contributing to the strategic growth of a business unit.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience within the biosecurity, pest management, environmental management, natural resource management, agriculture, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership potential, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and support team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, landholders, government agencies, and internal teams.
  • Sound organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • A commercial mindset, with an interest in business development, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to analyse information, solve problems, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety, environmental compliance, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Essential Credentials

Applicants must possess:

  • Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
  • Construction Industry White Card (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
  • Demonstrated experience in biosecurity, pest management, environmental management, agriculture, conservation, natural resource management, or a related field.
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
