Position Information

Condell Park Public School, established in 1950, is located near Bankstown Airport in south-western Sydney. The school enrols approximately 580 students from diverse cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our teaching, wellbeing and parent programs are tailored to meet the needs of our community.

We prioritise high-quality professional learning and innovative teaching practices, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, particularly in literacy and numeracy. Approximately 89% of students are from a language background other than English, with many participating in community language programs in Arabic.

We value collective decision making, student voice and strong parental engagement. Our teachers use evidence-based practice, data analysis and reflection to design learning that inspires and challenges students, driving continuous whole-school improvement. Our wellbeing approach promotes positive relationships, self-regulation and active engagement, supporting students to become confident learners and responsible citizens.
