About the Role

We are seeking a confident and professional Executive / Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management and the broader business.

This role will suit someone who is proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a busy corporate office environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating administrative functions, and ensuring efficient office management processes are maintained.

Occasional travel may be required for training, conferences, seminars, or business support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to senior management

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and correspondence

  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and internal communications

  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting arrangements

  • Assist with office administration and operational support activities

  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation

  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support project coordination and business administration activities

  • Assist with event coordination, training logistics, and seminar preparation

  • Contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient office environment

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administration role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • High attention to detail and professionalism

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams

  • Professional presentation and stakeholder communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

  • Experience within the education, training, or corporate sector advantageous but not essential
