The Role

We are looking for a fully accredited speech pathologist to join our team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. In this role, you will have the flexibility to shape your working days, your clinical approach, and the way you deliver therapy, while being supported by a collaborative and values-driven practice. You will have the option to work as an employee or as a contractor, depending on what suits your lifestyle and career goals. Our team provides support with administrative tasks and referrals, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful, high-quality therapy. This is a role for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and being part of a supportive, growing practice.

About Us

Bello Health Services is a mobile speech pathology practice on the Gold Coast, providing high-quality, neurodivergent-affirming care. We mainly work with children under 10, but clinicians are welcome to see clients of different ages based on their interests. Our team supports a wide range of needs, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, speech and language difficulties, and we include orofacial myology when appropriate. We focus on building strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and the wider community, making sure every child feels seen and understood.
