Copper Bean Cafe in the Mandurah Forum is on the lookout for an experienced barista to join our fast-paced, friendly café team. This role is perfect for someone confident on the machine, great with customers, and cool under pressure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making consistently great coffee during busy rushes

• Confidently running the coffee machine solo

• Delivering warm, friendly customer service (even when it’s hectic!)

• Training and supporting junior staff on coffee standards

• Maintaining speed, quality, and cleanliness behind the machine

• Helping keep the café flowing smoothly during high-turnover periods

What we’re looking for:

• Proven barista experience in a busy café environment

• Strong coffee skills and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and communication

• Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during peak times

• Leadership qualities and confidence training others

• Reliable, team-focused, and takes pride in their work

• Available on weekdays and weekends
