We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Nurse/Receptionist to join our independently owned and operated clinic.

We are a well-established practice that values high standards of patient care, strong client relationships and a positive team – oriented workplace culture.  Our close-knit team is committed to delivering excellent service while maintaining a supportive and understanding environment.

About the Role:

This is a dual-position role, combining clinical nursing and front-of-house responsibilities, including:

·         Assisting vets with consults, diagnostics and surgical procedures.

·         Patient care and monitoring.

·         Reception duties including communication, schedule bookings and payments.

·         Maintaining a streamline functioning and a clean environment.

About you:

·         Holds a Cert IV in Nursing or is working towards it their Cert IV.

·         3+ years’ experience within the industry.

·         Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Confident with computer skills and basic operations.  

·         Thrives in a team environment.

·         Can multitask well and remain calm in a busy environment.

·         Flexible with working 8am – 4pm or 10:30am – 7pm shifts (Mon - Fri).

·         Open to working a rotational weekend shift 9am – 1pm.

·         Brings a positive attitude and sense of humor.
