Responsible for developing, maintaining and coordinating business documentation required to support the successful implementation, adoption and ongoing operation of the Health Procurement System. Work closely with project stakeholders, system administrators, subject matter experts and regional health services to capture current and future-state processes, develop operational documentation, and support business readiness activities including training, change management and post-go-live support.
