Join Goulburn Mulwaree Council in a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our organisation’s strategic direction, performance and governance. As our Corporate Planning & Performance Coordinator, you will drive the development and delivery of Council’s Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) framework, ensuring strong alignment between community priorities, operational delivery and long-term sustainability.

This is a unique opportunity to lead high-quality strategic planning, oversee organisational performance reporting, and coordinate Council’s Internal Audit Program. Working closely with Executive and key stakeholders, you will play a central role in strengthening governance, enhancing risk awareness, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement—supporting Council’s commitment to delivering sustainable, transparent and community-focused services.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

  • A commencing annual salary of $97,806 with progression up to $110,068 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
  • Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
