About the Role

We’re looking for a Mobilisation Resource Coordinator to keep our operations moving smoothly across WA’s resources sector. You’ll be the key link between our workforce, clients and operations teams — ensuring every mobilisation is seamless, compliant and on schedule.

In this fast‑paced role, no two days look the same. From booking flights and accommodation to managing competency requirements and issuing mobilisation packs, you’ll play an essential part in supporting projects across the Pilbara and wider WA.

This position is based at our Henderson Head Office and is a full‑time Monday to Friday role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Allocating resources using internal and external workforce systems

  • Coordinating and booking flights and accommodation for personnel

  • Managing mobilisation compliance, including competencies and client/site inductions

  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal operations teams

  • Issuing travel confirmations and coordinating mobilisation/demobilisation schedules

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a mobilisation or similar role within the resources sector

  • Experience with systems such as Workflow, Enable, INX, Pegasus or similar

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast‑changing environment

  • Background in shutdown environments highly regarded
