We are currently seeking suitably qualified and eager ready candidates to work in Mackay. To be considered for the position of PAINTERS you must possess the following requirements: Recent Blast / Painting experience (2 years) - (essential)

BMA Core (essential) Elevated Work Platform RH or

High Risk (essential) Current Coal Board Medical (Section 4) - (essential) BMA Site Inductions (advantageous)

Construction White Card (essential) Current Working at Heights - (essential)

Current Confined Space - (essential) Current Driver's License Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

Strong attitude towards safety Ability to work unsupervised and in a team Understand surface preparation and finishes.

Be able to understand and complete works to specifications. Be able to mix to correct ratio two-part paint coatings etc. Select paints, varnishes and stains to various surfaces using brushes, sprays, and rollers.

Understand the use of Wet Film Thickness Gauges and be able to achieve specified dry film thickness. Erecting scaffolding and ladders. Cleaning equipment and work areas.

Salary: Between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum + Super
