Base Salary $76,250 + Super + Bonus + Group wide discounts

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

As the go-to local in Roxby Downs, The Roxby Tavern is a high-energy venue where there is always something on—from live DJs to community events. We pride ourselves on cold drinks, "the finest pub food in town," and modern guest accommodation. We are seeking a friendly, hard-working hospitality professional to join our tight-knit team in a fast-paced, social environment.

A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Manager

Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at homeWork closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rulesShare your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the bizBring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent Requirements

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or managerYou’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step upYou’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming roomYou understand compliance and safe gaming inside outYou’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
