About the role

Looking for an exciting new challenge as a Landscaper? Castle Landscape Construction, a leading landscaping company based in Geelong, VIC, is seeking a skilled and passionate Landscaper to join our growing team. This full-time role will see you working on a variety of landscaping projects, from residential gardens to commercial outdoor spaces.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing innovative landscape plans

• Preparing sites, laying paving and constructing landscape features such as retaining walls, water features, decking, concreting, fencing and pergolas

• Planting and maintaining a wide variety of trees, shrubs, and flowers

• Operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely and effectively eg bocasts, excavaotrs, dingos and trucks.

• Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients

• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Landscaper or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of landscape design, and construction techniques

• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and drawings

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Good physical fitness and stamina to carry out physical labour

• A passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A current driver's licence and preferred medium ridge licence
