ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple commercial cleaning contracts in Geraldton.

Working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational standards remain high, teams are supported and clients continue to receive the consistent service the company is known for.

You will support Contract Managers and Cleaning Supervisors across a portfolio of sites, helping coordinate teams, resolve operational issues and ensure contracts are delivered on time, on budget and to company standards.

This role would suit an experienced Contract Manager, Area Manager or Operations Supervisor within commercial cleaning or facilities services who is ready to step into a broader leadership role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee service delivery across multiple contracts and sites
  • Support Contract Managers and Cleaning Supervisors to maintain high standards
  • Resolve operational issues and implement practical solutions
  • Monitor performance and service delivery outcomes

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and support operational teams across multiple locations
  • Assist with onboarding, training and performance development
  • Help foster a positive and accountable team culture

Client Relationships

  • Maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients
  • Manage service delivery expectations and resolve client concerns
  • Ensure contracts are delivered to agreed standards

Systems & Performance

  • Monitor service quality, response times and operational metrics
  • Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards

Financial & Contract Oversight

  • Monitor labour costs and operational budgets
  • Support pricing and resource planning for contracts
  • Assist with operational planning as the business grows

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience managing multiple sites or contracts within commercial cleaning or facilities services
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to operational challenges
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Experience with reporting systems, workflow improvements or operational tools
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance processes (desirable)
