A Member focused bowls club is seeking a casual chef/experience cook to work between 20-35hrs per week.

We offer Breakfast buffet and a la carte dinning with functions as well. The kitchen offers Tuesday & Friday members specials all at Chefs creative freedom.

Applicants must have experience in the following,

Manage a small team to get the most from everyone.

Plan Rosters

Foward Planning

Delegate tasks

Stock Control

Monthly stock takes

Kitchen maintained

Executing menus for large group functions

Working closely with Manager

Food Costs & Supplier relationships

Must be able to run a kitchen independently & with the team
