We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our Further Processing Site in Lisarow. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. 

We currently have a full-time position available: 10hr shifts for 4 days per week rotating shifts (Day/Afternoon/Night).

Daily Tasks 

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment 
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime 
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure reliability and safety 
• Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and modifications 
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve mechanical issues 
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used 
• Follow workplace health and safety standards at all times 

You Will Bring to This Role 

• Trade qualification as a Fitter or Mechanical Engineer (essential) 
• Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred) 
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety 
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable)
