Your new role 
As a Senior Accountant within the Business Services team, you will manage a diverse client portfolio while providing high-quality compliance and advisory services.Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
• Providing proactive taxation and business advisory solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting clients with business growth, cash flow and strategic planning matters
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing coaching and support
• Assisting with tax planning and complex client engagements
• Working closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What you'll need to succeed 
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• CA or CPA qualification
• 4+ years' experience within a public practice accounting firm
• Strong technical knowledge across business services and taxation
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Xero and cloud-based accounting platforms
