We are looking for an enthusiastic Inventory and Customer Service Advisor to join our Townsville team.

Responsibilities:

·       Receive, label, and store all parts delivered to the site, ensuring they are organised and readily accessible.

·       Maintain accurate inventory records to track stock levels, movements, and usage.

·       Process returns of unused parts promptly, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

·       Match delivered parts to corresponding invoices and forward verified documentation to the remote team for processing.

·       Build strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and encourage repeat business.

·       Assist the Site Manager in achieving agreed sales targets and operational efficiency goals.

·       Coordinate and liaise with external service providers to support the timely and efficient servicing and repair of vehicles.

·       Provide customers with accurate and timely information, including quotations, vehicle collection times, and other relevant updates to promote customer satisfaction.

·       Greet customers professionally and answer incoming phone calls promptly.

·       Ensure the site, customer waiting area, and coffee station are clean, tidy, and professionally presented.

·       Manage bookings and allocate jobs within the iBody system.

Requirements:
