About the Role

The Webster Packer position plays a vital part in ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and on schedule through dose administration aids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and pack Webster Packs with precision

• Maintain strict attention to detail when handling medications

• Support pharmacists with dispensing workflows and stock management

• Follow pharmacy procedures and quality standards

• Complete documentation and administrative tasks accurately and diligently

• Work collaboratively with pharmacists, assistants, patients and other key stakeholders

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe dispensary

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous Webster packing or pharmacy experience (preferred)

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time‑management skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Clear, professional communication skills

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• A genuine interest in supporting community healthcare
