Job description
Providing skilled health assessment, diagnosis and treatment services to patients.
Ordering diagnostic tests, and follow-up with patients regarding results.
Referring patients appropriately to other providers as required for optimal health outcomes
  
Qualifications
Essential - recognised medical degree  
Desirable - post graduate general practice/primary healthcare qualifications
Current or eligible for AHPRA registration suitable for the position
  
Skills/experience
At least 3-5 years post graduate general medical practice experience in Australia or similar health care setting
Able to assess symptoms and physical signs, to establish a diagnosis when possible, and to exercise sound clinical judgement in further management
