Unearthed RV specialises in high-end, custom Mercedes Sprinter conversions. We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, premium finishes, and creating truly unique luxury campervans. We’re now expanding our team and seeking a skilled and detail-oriented tradesperson to join our second-stage build team.

This is a hands-on role focused on bringing our premium builds to life with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appliance installation (fridges, cooktops, air conditioners, etc.)

• 12V wiring, connections, and electrical fit-out

• Plumbing installations and fit-out (Toilets, Tapware, Filtration Systems ect.)

• Internal trimming, minor cabinetry, and finishing work

• Maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail throughout every build

About You:

• Proven experience in at least two of the following: appliance installation, 12V electrical systems, plumbing, or high-end interior fit-outs/cabinetry

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering premium, flawless workmanship

• Problem-solving mindset and a high standard of cleanliness on the job

• Previous experience in RV, marine, automotive, or high-end residential fit-outs is highly regarded

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a small, dedicated team
