At the Early Learning Hub, part of the ELO Group, we are seeking a full-time Educational Leader to drive quality, mentor educators, and elevate learning outcomes across our service. This is a permanent 38-hour-per-week opportunity for an ECT or Diploma-qualified educator who is ready to lead with impact.

About the role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving quality and supporting educator growth across the service.

You will:

  • Lead curriculum development and pedagogical practice

  • Mentor educators in the planning cycle and documentation

  • Support meaningful learning aligned with the EYLF and NQS

  • Drive quality improvement and reflective practice

  • Foster inclusive environments that respect each child’s identity

  • Partner with the Nominated Supervisor on strategy and service direction

What you bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification (ACECQA-approved) in Early Childhood Education

  • Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)

  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

  • Child Protection training

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in early learning, with demonstrated leadership capability

  • Strong mentoring and communication skills

  • A collaborative, reflective mindset with a genuine passion for quality
