Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Bar Attendant to join our energetic team on a 6‑month contract at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting smooth day-to-day bar operations in a fast-paced, social environment.

What will you do?

Oversee all cash and credit transfers throughout the shift and ensure the opening or closing check list has been completed and stored in the correct area
Maintain a clean bar, confirm equipment is efficiently working, and verify all stock has been rotated and checked
Clearly inform guests of the various types, brands, products, characteristics, and prices regarding different liquors, and maintain knowledge of in-house wines, spirits, monthly specials, and promotions
Manage bar food orders and ensure beverages are served in the correct glassware using the correct measurement of alcohol
Record all spillage and wastage of stock and properly dispose of items in the correct bin

More about you

Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
Cocktail knowledge and making experience is highly desirable
High attention to detail including personal appearance and hygiene
Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates
Able to work full-time hours (76 per fortnight) over a 7 day roster
Able to work weekends, evenings, nights and public holidays
Available to commence April 2026
