We’re Hiring – Experienced Plant Operators (2 Positions)

Brennan Civil Infrastructure is looking for two experienced Plant Operators to join our growing team.

📍 Locations
• Southern Highlands (Mittagong)
• Riverina Region (NSW 2666)

This is a full-time opportunity to work on a diverse range of infrastructure projects with a well-established civil contractor.

About the role
• Operate plant including excavators, loaders, graders, rollers and dump trucks
• Work closely with crews to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Complete pre-starts and use digital systems onsite
• Contribute to high-quality civil infrastructure delivery

What we’re looking for
✔ Experience operating plant in civil construction
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔ Driver’s Licence (essential) – HR/HC highly regarded
✔ Final trim experience highly regarded
✔ GPS / Trimble machine control experience a bonus
