About The Role
In this office-based internal sales role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll be responsible for selling engineering steel, stainless and aluminium products.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerProcessing customer orders and preparing accurate quotesProactively following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedbackCollaborating with the sales team to support business development and identify opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsAssisting with stock management and inventory controlHandling general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
On-site Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pmPrevious customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and part of the team Attention to detail Intermediate computer skills
