What you'll be doing
Providing an effective and efficient Social Work service that addresses the psychosocial aspects of care for patients as identified, providing intervention including support, education and resources to assist in dealing with health events. To actively participate and contribute to the continued development of the Social Work professional role in the context of Health. 

About you
You will hold a degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification providing eligibility for AASW membership, accompanied by highly demonstrated expertise and knowledge of Social Work in the health context, and evidenced by excellence in completing psychosocial assessments, planning and interventions for complex patient and family presentations within healthcare settings.
