We’re opening a brand new café in the beautiful Adelaide Hills – and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-focused Café Manager to bring it to life.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the owners in the pre-opening phase: hiring staff, setting up systems, helping shape the menu & customer experience

Lead day-to-day operations once open – team management, customer service, ordering, rostering, and supplier coordination

Create a strong team culture focused on hospitality, consistency, and care

Be a key face of the café in the local community

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service

Keep an eye on budgets, stock, and overall performance
About You

Proven experience managing a café or hospitality venue

Confident leader who thrives in hands-on environments

Organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused

Comfortable making decisions and taking initiative

Barista skills and coffee knowledge a big bonus
