Our Stirling café is a vibrant, fast-paced environment — and we’re looking for friendly, professional Wait Staff to join our team and help deliver the outstanding service Red Cacao is known for.

About the Role

As a member of our Front-of-House team, you’ll be the face of Red Cacao — greeting guests, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient table service.

• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and manage payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the café and outdoor areas.

• Support your team during busy service periods with a positive attitude.

• Help create a welcoming, community-focused café atmosphere.

About You

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and thrives in a team environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous café or restaurant experience (preferred, but not essential).

• Is friendly, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

• Communicates clearly and works well under pressure.

• Can work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Brings enthusiasm and a love for great food, coffee, and chocolate!

Training is provided, so if you’re motivated and have a great attitude, we’ll help you grow into the role.
