What you need to know...

  • temporary term contract position ending 5 July 2026. 
  • full time 76 hours per fortnight
  • the package: $72,916 to $86,953 plus superannuation, per annum
  • location - Yamba and Brooms Head  

About the role

An exciting position is available in the Clarence Coast Holiday Park team as Operations Manager. This position will oversee the operational management of the holiday parks under direct Council management at Yamba and Brooms Head and will be required to work weekends and peak holiday periods. The successful applicant will be versatile, resilient and be able to work across multiple projects concurrently.

The successful applicant will have a high level of organisational skills and leadership experience in the tourism sector. This position is responsible for the operational management of the holiday parks, contributing to the financial success and the establishment of the Clarence Coast Holiday Parks as a holiday destination. This is a term contract position to 5 July 2026.

Other important information

This position is located at Council's Clarence Coast Holiday Parks in Yamba and Brooms Head, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
