About the role
This position is a full time role in the People and Safety team and based at the Moruya Administration Office. You will provide expert strategic advice (including technical advice) and coordination of internal processes relating to Industrial Relations and Award interpretation to support the organisation, including leadership of the business partnership support to the business units.

About you
You will hold relevant qualifications with significant practical experience in industrial relations and grievance management in local government or a regulatory environment. Your application will further demonstrate the following:
- Relevant experience in provision of expert advice and application of contemporary Award interpretation in relation to industrial relations, performance management and workplace change
- Relevant experience leading industrial relations and change management outcomes.
- High level negotiating skills and strong stakeholder management with an ability to build and maintain functional working relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in compiling reports and analysing data.
