About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and effective leader to champion business excellence and efficiency, drive transformative business practices and deliver real impact across our City Services Directorate!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the way our City Services Directorate works. You will be the driving force behind innovation, inspiring our teams to think boldly, act strategically and implement meaningful projects. You'll be responsible for leading a service efficiency program to transform business practices through enhancing visibility on systems of work and delivering data driven insights to drive business excellence through process optimisation.

You'll work hand in hand with key stakeholders at all levels across diverse areas, from libraries, community recreation and works to emergency and asset management. Your leadership skills will set the tone for exceptional outcomes that are underpinned by data-driven insights, seamless project execution and collaborative relationships.

About You
We're looking for someone who thrives on developing and leveraging strong and meaningful relationships to deliver strategic and continuous improvement outcomes that will have a positive direct impact on our community. Your extensive experience in implementing contemporary business improvement methodologies combined with your ability to provide data driven strategies and execute large business optimisation and change projects will see you succeed. Your ability to synthesis complex data insights to enact change through engaging, coaching, guiding and mentoring senior stakeholders and team members. Benefits
This is a permanent full-time role working 35 hours per week with a base salary range of $115,446 up to $128,145 per year based on demonstrated experience + 11.5% super + Private Lease Back Vehicle.
