The role

The IT Triage Officer plays a crucial role within our organisation by effectively managing IT incidents and requests. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will evolve with the strategic direction of MidCoast Council, allowing you to grow and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

  • Advanced skills in managing self and displaying resilience and adaptability.

  • Experience with technology and information resources.
  • Previous IT Service Desk and/or Technology One experience would be highly regarded

Salary: Commencing salary circa $36,000 p.a. plus superannuation.

Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.

Tenure: Permanent, Part Time - 20 hours per week.

Closing date: Sunday 2 February 2025 at 11.30 pm.
